Return & Refund Policy – Luxe Souq Store

  • Eligibility: Only damaged or defective products are eligible for return.

  • Evidence required: Customers must send clear unboxing video proof within 24 hours of delivery to info.luxesouq@gmail.com 

  • Non‑returnable items: Personal care products, opened cosmetics, hygiene items, and products without video proof cannot be returned.

  • Refunds: Once the video and product are verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Exchange: If available, we will arrange an exchange for the same or similar product.

  • Shipping costs: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
